TurnitinPaperChecker provides:

• Plagiarism Detection: Document analysis to identify similarities with existing online and academic sources
• AI Content Detection: Analysis to identify AI-generated content (ChatGPT, GPT-4, etc.)
• Combined Reports: Comprehensive plagiarism and AI detection analysis
• Report Delivery: Results delivered via WhatsApp or email within 6-12 hours

3. User Eligibility

You must be:

• At least 13 years old to use our Services
• If under 18, using Services with parental/guardian consent
• Capable of forming a binding contract under applicable law
• Not prohibited from receiving Services under Indian or other applicable laws

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use our Services for:

• Academic Dishonesty: Submitting others' work as your own after manipulating reports
• Illegal Activities: Any purpose that violates local, state, national, or international law
• Malicious Intent: Uploading viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to breach security or access restricted areas
• Reselling: Redistributing or reselling our Services without authorization
• Harassment: Sending spam, unsolicited messages, or harassing content

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Service Fees

• Plagiarism Check: Rs 200 per document
• AI Detection: Rs 200 per document
• Combined Report: Rs 300 per document

5.2 Payment Terms

• Payment required before document analysis begins
• Accepted methods: UPI, Paytm, bank transfer (as communicated)
• All prices in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Prices subject to change with 7 days notice on website

5.3 Refund Policy

• Full Refund: If service not delivered within 24 hours
• Partial Refund (50%): If report quality does not meet promised standards
• No Refund: After report is successfully delivered and verified
• Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of payment

6. Document Submission and Usage

6.1 Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the right to submit documents for analysis
• Not submitting copyrighted material without permission
• Accuracy of information provided (email, WhatsApp number)
• Complying with your institution's academic integrity policies

6.2 Our Rights

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse service to any user for any reason
• Delete documents immediately after service delivery
• Use anonymized data for service improvement
• Report suspected academic dishonesty to relevant authorities if legally required

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to documents you submit. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to:

• Process and analyze your documents
• Store documents temporarily for service delivery
• Use anonymized, de-identified data for service improvement

7.2 Our Content

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, reports, and software, is owned by TurnitinPaperChecker and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Service Delivery and Accuracy

8.1 Delivery Timeline

• Standard: 6-12 hours from payment confirmation
• Express: 2-4 hours (additional charges may apply)
• Delivery via WhatsApp or email as specified by user

8.2 Service Limitations

We strive for accuracy but:

• Reports are tools for guidance, not definitive proof
• AI detection may have false positives/negatives
• Plagiarism detection depends on accessible databases
• We do not guarantee 100% accuracy
• Final academic decisions rest with your institution

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Services provided "AS IS" without warranties
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Maximum liability limited to amount paid for the specific service
• Not responsible for academic consequences from report interpretation
• Not liable for third-party service interruptions (WhatsApp, email providers)

10. Privacy and Data Protection

• Documents deleted within 30 days after service delivery

11. Termination
